Patient Visits

We encourage family members to support their loved ones undergoing treatment. Due to limited space, each patient is welcome to bring one visitor during their infusion appointment. With certain medications, we may request a responsible adult stay for the duration of treatment in case the patient requires a ride home. Visitors must be over 15 years of age. No children or infants are allowed.

Most of our patients are very susceptible to infections. Patients and visitors must not have any contagious illness at the time of their appointment. We ask that you please not come to the infusion suite if you are ill with anything that might be contagious. Please notify your physician of your illness and call us to reschedule your appointment.

Parking is free and covered parking is available attached to the office building. The site is wheelchair accessible and is located on the ground floor of the building.

Patients are welcome to bring in any food and drink that they would like to have during their treatment. We have a refrigerator and a microwave for use. We do not provide any meals. Tea, Coffee, and water are available.

Patients will be scheduled by appointment only. Referrals will be coordinated with your physician directly. For specific instructions or questions, call the Biologic Coordinator at 703-776-1760. After operating hours, please leave a recorded message to include the caller’s name, contact number and type of service requested. The Biologic Coordinator will contact you the following business day.

The GANV Infusion Suite is not a point of entry for new patients. If you are interested in receiving treatment at the Infusion Suite, please contact your GANV physician, referring physician or Biologic Coordinator at 703-776-1760.
