Job Title: Patient Advocate (Full-Time)

Job Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Location: Javier Road Office  

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Resolve and track escalated patient complaints and grievances.
  2. Collaborates with the Marketing Director on the Patient Experience program.
  3. Oversees patient experience aspects of social media to assist with service recovery.  
  4. Describe and interpret health care procedures and policies to patients.
  5. Schedules appointments for patients when needed.
  6. Uses customer service principles and techniques to take care of patients calmly, pleasantly & efficiently
