Job Title: Call Center Representative (Full-Time)

Job Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Location: Javier Road Office

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Promptly and professionally answers telephone calls and elicits appropriate information to route calls to the appropriate person
  2. Efficiently and accurately schedules consult appointments for patients
  3. Uses computerized system to match provider availability with patient’s preference in terms of appointment date and time, as is possible.
  4. Ensures that changes (cancellations or additions) are input timely and accurately into the provider schedule.
  5. Uses customer service principles and techniques to take care of patients calmly and pleasantly.
